Temporary to permanent
Employ a qualified and CQC-compliant candidate/s on a temporary basis for the first four weeks. This process will allow you to determine the candidate's performance; you will then pass the candidate/s to 12 weeks, which will be a 'Temp to Perm' phase; this will then allow you to complete your own recruitment procedure, where you will then be able to employ the candidate/s on a 'Permanent' basis in a reciprocal agreement with the candidate/s
